The house’s charm is further enhanced by original beamed ceilings in all of the rooms and the serene views of the River Coln from every window. Of special note, Sackville House contains a Priest Hole which has been converted into extra living space - - or an adventurous place to spend the night!
Sackville House has two double bedrooms, which can sleep four, with a single fold-away bed for a fifth guest. Accommodation is described as follows:
Ground Floor
Entrance from the small garden to Lounge with Dining area and wood-burner fireplace with plasma TV mounted above, fully equipped kitchen and steps down to the old Priest Hole. (Please note that these steps are steep and have been gated for the protection of small children).
First Floor
Double Bedroom with fully stocked bookcase, wardrobe, suitcase table and dressing chair. Bathroom with claw-footed bath, hand-held shower attachment, pedestal sink and toilet. Closet containing vacuum, iron, drying rack and other household items.
Second Floor
Double Bedroom with pitched beamed roof. Fold-away bed, shelves and chest of drawers are also located in this large room.
